It was after a rain, outside Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston Texas, the puddles abounded. I saw the opportunity and crouched low over a large puddle and took the shot, a mirror image below in the frame with the hospital image in the top. Large brush strokes dot the grey sky with slightly lighter strokes being used below. The varying grey colors along with the large brush strokes impart a sense of the coming rain. The yellow stripe reveals something different, something unexpected. The yellow stripe is part of the parking lot in which the rain puddle sat, and the image is inverted... surprise!
